   Hearts Matter is a grassroots organization dedicated to providing support services to our community and neighboring cities of the Greater Trenton, NJ area. Life skills workshops, violence/trauma support, nutritional/healthy food options and more will be afforded to our youth, young adults and seniors. All of our programming benefits low-income residents.
